OFFICIAL RULES
The „Win a Cake and a Hookie Candy Bar for Your Event” Campaign”
1. The campaign organizer
The campaign is organized by Hookie [SC HOOKIES COOKIES SRL], hereinafter referred to as „the Organizer.”.
The campaign is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Government Ordinance No. 99/2000 on the marketing of market products and services, as well as with applicable Romanian law.
2. Duration
The campaign runs from June 17, 2026, through June 28, 2026, until 11:59 p.m.
Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.
3. Deployment Platform
The campaign is running exclusively on Instagram, through the official @hookie.ro page.
Entries in the contest are valid only if the participation guidelines published on the Hookie Instagram page are followed during the period specified in these rules.
This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Instagram. Participants understand that they are providing the required information exclusively to the Organizer and not to the Instagram platform.
4. Right to Participate
Individuals who are at least 18 years of age, are domiciled or reside in Romania, and comply with these rules may participate in the contest.
Employees of the Organizer and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate.
5. Contest Procedure
To be validly entered in the contest, participants must:
- Follow Hookie's official Instagram page;
- Leave a comment on the contest post mentioning the special event they are about to celebrate;
- Share the contest post on Instagram Stories and tag the Hookie page.
Incomplete entries may be invalidated.
6. The Prize
A single prize will be awarded, consisting of a Hookie package with a cake and a candy bar.
The award is intended exclusively for a single event, held in Bucharest or Ilfov County, for up to 100 people.
If the event exceeds 100 people, the cost difference associated with the additional number of people may be paid separately by the winner, in accordance with the supplier’s offer.
The package includes:
- 1 x festive cake with a filling of your choice, standard decoration, as shown in the image below (model base, actual tier—approx. 2 kg) for the celebration
- Up to 100 slices of cake (from a rectangular cake, cut into portions based on the number of guests)
- Up to 683 x mini cakes from our selection:
- Transportation
- Rental of Stands
- Interior Design
The final quantities will be adjusted based on the number of participants, without exceeding the limit of 100 people eligible for the prize.
The estimated value of the prize is 8,620 lei for 100 people.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
6.1. Taxation of the Prize
The organizer will calculate, withhold, and remit any tax due on the prize, if applicable, in accordance with the provisions of the Romanian Tax Code. Participants are advised that the prize may be subject to taxation in accordance with the law.
7. Announcement of the Winner
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all valid entries, using an online platform for randomly selecting comments, which ensures transparency and randomness in the selection process.
The winner will be announced on June 29, 2026, on Hookie’s official Instagram page, in the Stories, and in the post description via an update to the post.
8. Validation of the winner
The winner must submit the information required for validation via private message within 72 hours.
Otherwise, the Organizer may select another winner.
9. Terms and Conditions for Using the Prize
The prize may be used exclusively for an event held between July 15, 2026, and December 30, 2027, subject to the Organizer’s availability.
The final details will be determined by mutual agreement. Additional requests may be accommodated for a fee.
10. Processing of Personal Data – GDPR
The information provided will be used solely to verify participation and award the prize, in accordance with applicable law.
The data controller is SC HOOKIES COOKIES SRL, with its registered office at 7A Grigore Manolescu Street, Building C, Sector 1, Bucharest.
The data is processed solely for the following purposes: campaign registration, participant verification, and awarding the prize.
The legal basis for the processing is the participant’s consent and compliance with the campaign rules.
The data will be retained for the duration of the campaign and for up to 30 days after its completion, except in cases provided for by law.
Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and transfer their data, in accordance with the GDPR.

11. Limitation of Liability
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who attempt to cheat in the contest or use offensive language.
12. Termination or Modification of the Campaign
The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules or to suspend the campaign, provided that participants are notified in advance.
13. Final Provisions
Participation in this campaign implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
These regulations are governed by Romanian law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
