  1. General Information

This site is operated by Hookies Cookies SRL. By placing an order on the site, the customer declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions set out below.

  1. Placing orders

Orders are placed exclusively online via the website.

Once the order is finalized, it is automatically registered in the system and requires no further confirmation from us.

  1. Payment method

Payment for orders is made exclusively online, by bank card, at the time of order.

Unpaid orders are not processed.

  1. Order picking

Orders can be picked up Monday through Friday, between 08:00 - 20:00, from the location indicated on the website and within 24h after placing your order.

The customer is responsible for picking up the order within the selected or communicated interval.

  1. Products and presentation

The products on sale are home-made.

The images presented on the website are for information purposes only and there may be slight differences in appearance, color or presentation from the product delivered, without affecting its quality.

  1. Complaints

Any problem related to the quality or conformity of the products must be reported within 2 hours of picking up the order to the following e-mail address comenzi@hookie.ro or by phone.

Each complaint is analyzed individually. In the event of a non-conformity with the order placed or a quality defect, the product will be replaced or its value will be returned, as appropriate.

To resolve your complaint, we may request additional information or photos of the product.

  1. Food and the right of withdrawal

According to the applicable legislation, foodstuffs prepared to order and perishable foodstuffs do not benefit from the right of return after removal, unless they are non-conforming or defective in quality.

  1. How the site works

We constantly strive to keep the site running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no technical errors or temporary interruptions.

We accept no responsibility for any malfunctions caused by third party services or infrastructure.
